Commemoration Service

On Wednesday, the school attended the Commemoration of Benefactors service held in St Mary-le-Tower church in the centre of Ipswich.

Mr Weaver thanked those people who have supported the school with bursaries and bequests over the years, and the Archdeacon of Ipswich, the Venerable Rhiannon King gave a serman about the importance of people sharing their wealth with others. Readings from the Bible by the Head Boy Oliver and Head Girl Alice were paired with beautiful singing by our chapel choir which filled the church and we even got the chance to sing a few famous hymns ourselves!

Thank you again to our very generous benefactors.

Flo W and Poppy S, Year 10
