Prep artists’ work on display at local gallery

We are very proud of these students in Year 4 & 5 who have been selected to have their art work exhibited at the John Gibbins Gallery in Woodbridge as part of the Young East Anglian Artists competition.

Grace was awarded first place in the Year 3/4 category of the competition which is fantastic – well done Grace!

Many congratulations also to Isla, Aaron, Alice, Abigail, Florence, Iolanthe and Chloe who’s art work has also been chosen to be on display in the exhibition.

The exhibition will be held between Friday 24 – Sunday 26 June. The theme this year was ‘The Queens Jubilee’ and students could make any artwork in response to this title.

YEAA had in excess of 650 entries from children all over Suffolk – showcasing the fantastic artistic abilities from across the county, all whilst raising funds to support Cancer Research.
