We are thrilled to bring to you our first ever Impact Report which details pledges and donations received by the School totalling £465,271* from 177 donors from every corner of the Ipswich School community.
Old Ipswichians, parents, Trusts and friends of the School have all contributed to the central pillar of our mission: the ability to offer transformational opportunities to children in the area.
We are delighted to report on both the Bursary Fund, which aims to give educational opportunity to children whose potential far outweighs their family’s means. And the Phoenix Fund, which supports children and families at the School who experience a change in their personal circumstances such as a loss of income or illness or loss of a parent. Alongside this we have also received support for Design and Technology, Sport and Music.
With your help we can offer greater educational opportunity to children in the region. We are determined that, in the future, no child should be turned away from an Ipswich School education based on their financial circumstances. However, at the moment we are able to award 100% bursary support to just 3 of every 11 applicants who need it.
