Ipswich School operates an extensive bus network, providing services to and from a wide range of locations, with pupils picked up at designated stops along each route.

From the 2025/2026 academic year, our school buses will be provided through a partnership with StudentSafe. More information, including routes, timetables, and contact details for the StudentSafe support team, is available on the StudentSafe website.
Prep School Children
Prep pupils are supervised inside the school until the Senior School finishes at 4.15 pm and the buses are ready to depart. This time can be used for homework, and a member of Prep staff ensures that all Prep children travelling by bus board the correct service safely.
