Breakfast Club
A supervised Breakfast Club for children in Year 1 to Year 6 is available from 7.45am to 8.30am, held in Lower Prep. Breakfast Club for children in Nursery and Reception is available from 7.30-8.30am and held at The Lodge Day Nursery on Ivry Street. Children are able to choose from a range of cereals, toast and juices and milk. Bookings should be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure a place is available. Childcare vouchers can be used as part payment for Breakfast Club fees.

Mini-Late Stay
Parents with children in both parts of the Prep School or in the Senior School are offered a mini-late stay provision whilst waiting for an older sibling further up the school whose school day finishes at a later time. This enables children to wait safely in school until parents arrive to collect all their children from the school at the same time. Mini-late stay finishes at 3.50 pm for children waiting for siblings in Upper Prep and 4.20 pm for children waiting for siblings in the Senior School. Mini-late stay is available free of charge, this is only available for children with siblings in the Prep and Senior School.
Late Stay
We are pleased to be able to offer a ‘Late Stay’ provision for both the Lower Prep and Upper Prep children up until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Each Late Stay facility is run by enthusiastic Late Stay Assistants who look after the children in dedicated rooms within the Prep. They ensure that all the children have an enjoyable end of school day experience. Our Late Stay is very much not ‘an extension to the school day’ – it replicates what we would expect a child to be doing in their own home after a busy day. We provide the children with an opportunity to unwind, relax and participate in art and craft, board games, computer generated games, amongst many other activities, alongside a quiet time for homework in the Upper Prep provision. A snack is provided, although some children may wish to bring a more substantial ‘packed tea’.
Late Stay: Nursery – Year 2
Children may stay after 3.30pm until 5.30pm at an additional cost of £7.49 (3.30pm – 5.00pm) or £10.04 (3.30pm – 5.30pm). Childcare vouchers can be used as part payment for Late Stay fees. Any Nursery child attending at least three full days per week may use Late Stay at no extra charge on the days they attend full time.
All Late Stay bookings must be made via Lower Prep Reception on 01473 281302. Charges for Late Stay are in accordance with how long the children are looked after for. Parents may use child care vouchers obtained through salary sacrifice schemes to pay for Late Stay.
Late Stay: Years 3 – 6
Children in Years 3 to 6 may be booked into Late Stay, which runs from 3.50pm to 5.30pm at the end of each school day. The cost of each session is £8.27 for the full session or £5.10 for a session before or after a club. This includes refreshments. Childcare vouchers can be used as part payment of Late Stay fees.
All Late Stay bookings must be made via Upper Prep Reception on 01473 282800. Charges for Late Stay are in accordance with how long the children are looked after for. Parents may use child care vouchers obtained through salary sacrifice schemes to pay for Late Stay.
