We had a brilliant afternoon that was informative and interactive at SUEZ. We started by having a presentation on waste (much more interesting than it sounds!) and then did a tour in full PPE of the plant. The highlight was the control room where two enormous grabbers were sorting the rubbish; it was like a giant arcade game. We finished by spending some time in the education room that had a variety of games and activities to reinforce some of the really important messages concerning the environment. We were able to make pledges for what we would personally do to make a difference. We highly recommend a visit!
