Last week saw the first of a series of GCSE and A Level practical workshops for our physics students. Our technician Mrs Beaumont set-up twelve of the practicals from the physics course, and students came along to remind themselves of the activities and to try the experiments if needed. Staff were on hand to answer questions and to help with the practical work. The room was buzzing and students were really getting involved. There will be more of these over the next few weeks to cover all of our practicals from Years 11, 12 and 13.
